This performance premiered at ‘Basurama’ collective’s ‘Agostamiento’ creative space within ‘AbiertoXobras’ hall at Matadero facilities in Madrid in 2017.
Sunflowers act as the starting point of this piece as representatives of the juxtaposition of the individual and the collective, from solitary rooting in arid land to common movement within an unchanging cycle which prevents real and global perspective of our surroundings.
Four dancing women take part in this wonderful space and transform it, depicting scenes which communicate about fertility, personal relationships and the naturalness of the whole artifice that implies to keep up with an ever-changing society.
